If it would sell working products and would have an ok and not shitty customer service this could be a go-to-shop... but: I got a faulty Mazatapec box, all the other boxes were growing perfectly, I wrote customer service about it, they sent me a telephone number where I should resend all the info, no answer for weeks.... three more mails to ask what's wrong: NO ANSWER! AVOID THIS SHOP AND BETTER BUY AT A DECENT STORE LIKE ZAMNESIA (they are more expensive BUT AT LEAST THE STUFF WORKS!!!) UPDATE: Service replied after aaages, sent me an replacement kit and gave me a little discount on a second box, but i had to pay for the shipment. This would have been all good if the two new boxes would have been ok, but only one of them worked fine again, and you know what: SERVICE DOESN'T REPLY AGAIN FOR AGES!!!! some shops learn from their mistakes, nextlevel doesn't, so I have to update my review again to warn you guys: 50% of the stuff you order here is faulty, serivice is a catastrophe, NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!

Next Level came highly recommended, but unfortunately, I received a very poor grow kit. Instead of the expected -approximately- 120 grams per grow kit, I ended up with only 1.3 grams after two harvests. After multiple attempts to contact them, there has been complete silence. No service anymore. Very disappointing.

100% LEGIT just the copelandia grow kit that doesnt flush much.. only got 1gram back from paying £90.
