I have been ordering various products here for 4 years; the quality of the products is very good and the delivery is fast. Especially the communication with the support team is excellent. I receive answers to my questions on the same day. For a lost product, I didn't have to pay again and received it the next day!

I was a bit skeptical about ordering. The prices for the Kratom are very sharp. Additionally, I found out that the website doesn't run smoothly in some places. It's not a big problem, but I still had my doubts. On Monday morning, I called customer service to ask if I could pay via post-payment. Unfortunately, that was no longer possible. I also asked how long shipping would take if I ordered via iDEAL, as I was a bit anxious since I realized my Kratom was almost gone. The friendly staff member on the phone said that once I placed the order, I should send him a message, and he would - despite the busyness - ensure that my package would go out with the post that day so that I would have it the next day. This is my first order with this shop (I usually order elsewhere), but I will definitely be back.
