The shop is ok, but I bought a bag "for three swords", and yet there is no room enough for three swords! There is barely room for two swords, it's too tight! They shouldn't have written "for three swords".

Pour évaluer il faudrait que je reçoive ma commande mais depuis 3 semaines elle est balader par GLS et personne dans leurs conseillers ne me donne la même réponse. Changez de service de livraison et votre qualité sera meilleure.

Mijn product is gebroken toegekomen, mooie verpakt maar wss door de leveringsdienst mishandeld geweest. Wel goed opgelost met vlot contact en oplossing door Celticwebmerchant !

Despite paying £18 for delivery over 2 weeks ago, i am.still waiting fkr my product as UPS have decided to keep it in customs without letting me know. They then emailed me a form requesting information on the firearm i was waiting for and then when i finally spoke to someone 2 days later to say it wasnt one, they sent me sword declaration deapite me ststing it was a spear head. Lord knows if it will now be on its way, but this is pretty terrible delivery performance and aweful from Celtic Web Merchant for not sorting this from the beginning

Unfortunately, customs inspections for packages from the Netherlands are a standard procedure and beyond our control. I'm sorry to hear yours is in customs for quite some time now. It is also standard practice for UPS to contact the recipient directly for these declarations rather than the sender.
We have also contacted our logistical partner concerning your package and are waiting on a response from UPS.
We hope UPS delivers your package soon. -
