    I used to be a satisfied customer, as I was particularly impressed by the quality of the goods. However, it is happening more and more often that the conditions for free shipping or the loyalty program are not explained properly. The website advertises "completely free shipping from €75". That some items still incur shipping costs is only discovered during the payment process (not even in the shopping cart). The loyalty program also cannot be combined with the regular offers. Then it can be left alone.
