The products were good and are good quality. I also received very friendly service for my questions. The only thing that really bothered me was that right after I had placed and paid for the order, I received various discount offers about in a week. The order was quite expensive for me, and I hesitated about ordering for a long time. I finally decided to invest and placed the order. I felt a little disappointed, as there were discounts available, but only after I had placed the order. I no longer need new products because I already ordered what I needed, so the offers were wasted.

Delivered too late. It was not shipped on the promised day. The website stated it would be shipped the same day. This turned out to be 3 days later. I emailed about this, but there was no response except for one from an AI that had no answer. This is now the third time in a row that this has happened. Next time, I will buy my historical items somewhere else. Unfortunately.

Great selection, decent pricing, fast delivery. The size tables for a lot of products are absolutely useless, though - if you can even read them with the toasted resolution.
