The products are of good quality. The handling by Celtic WebMerchant is excellent. The shipping by GLS was a bit chaotic, which was unfortunate. This could certainly be due to the holiday rush, but GLS could improve their communication in this regard. Basically, the items were supposed to be delivered on Friday. Due to the busy period, it was stated on the GLS website that deliveries would also take place on Saturday. Therefore, I expect the items to arrive on one of those two days. However, they were only delivered on Monday. Not very convenient if you are staying home for them...

I have already ordered several items from you, and they were always delivered within the specified time. The handmade trident was apparently delivered far beyond the expected waiting time due to a mistake at the smith's. I had paid an extra 75 euros for a razor-sharp weapon, and that turned out not to be the case. However, the trident has now been hanging on my wall for a year, and it is a work of art made by a true craftsman. I am therefore very satisfied with my weapon.
