    Overall, a very good experience; customer service seems to work very well and responds quickly... The order arrived very well packaged too! And the larger a company is, the more difficult it can be, but quality control of the goods could POSSIBLY be better... That said, I have only ordered one item here (1796 Cavalry Saber from Windlass), so perhaps it's more of an issue with Windlass itself... Nevertheless, I am satisfied with both this company and the saber itself. "Everything can be better," but things can also be much worse :p
