easy to order and good service

The items were fine and as ordered. So excellent. When placing the order and making the payment, it was indicated that they were available from stock and would be delivered the next day. However, it ended up being four working days plus a weekend - since the occasion for which I needed the gifts (and I had specifically limited my order to those items that were available from stock) meant that it was unfortunate they arrived too late. Moreover, the ordering service is not very flexible and offered little opportunity for discussion. The sales service and goods service were excellent, but the delivery and shipping were terrible, which is a reason for me to avoid shopping online and instead buy in-store. Hence the rating.

Good service, reasonably fast delivery by post.
