My package was delivered to a completely different street. Because my phone number was on it, the lady was able to call me. I could have easily lost the items and therefore my money as well.

I'm sorry to hear that; that's certainly not the intention. I will inform GLS about this right away so they can address the issue with the driver involved. However, our packages are ALWAYS insured. This means that if the package were to get lost, we would have sent a new one. You would not have lost your items or your money (and if that has happened to you with another web shop, then they are at fault - the sender is responsible for the delivery of the package, not the recipient). In the future, you can also choose delivery with PostNL if you prefer that option.

The bracelet is beautiful, but a bit loose for my wrist.

It can sometimes be a bit tricky to find where your product falls under. But I am very satisfied with the handling, delivery, and quality of the products!
