Hello, the GLS driver comes at any time. I had to go myself to pick up the package from the GLS depot because the driver left a delivery notice twice. He came when I was not at home. Why doesn’t GLS schedule a delivery appointment at a specific time? I could then be present for the delivery, as it is impossible for me to wait at home from 8 AM to 6 PM for the driver to arrive. This is not the first time this has happened with GLS. Each time, I have to go pick up the package myself from the depot, which takes me an hour, whereas if the driver called to schedule an appointment, I could be at home for the delivery. In the future, I do not want my orders to be delivered by GLS anymore, as I always have to go pick up the package from their depots. Best regards, Guy Hesse

Good service and responses when questions are asked via email. Nice prices for great products. Fast delivery and actually always good! Unfortunately, I took the wrong size for a previous product, but it could be exchanged easily, no problem at all.
