I am very satisfied with the ordered product (pendant). I mistakenly provided the wrong house number when placing the order. I communicated this immediately, and I was assured that they would pay attention to it during shipping, which was not the case. It was just a small pendant, but the packaging was A4 size. Upon opening, I thought the pendant was forgotten. Only upon closer inspection did I discover the pendant, which was stuck to the inside of the packaging. Of course, it was secure, but it can easily be overlooked. A smaller package that fits through the letterbox would be more convenient. But once again, the product is very beautiful, and that is the most important thing.

Very good price/quality ratio, they were honest about expectable product faults that may be experienced and also have a good system in regards to order registration - they keep the order active for a week without the purchasing value increasing in case something goes wrong with a payment, as it did with me. Would recommend and use over any other vendor in Europe for historical armor.
