the packaging was hilariously larger than it needed to be, the sharpening is uneven, and coarse, not finely sharpened like I expected for the price of the charge, there is lacquer from the handle on the metal. I had mentioned in my order that I was intending to use it with food, and it was not usable in the condition it arrived.
