    My payment for an item was declined. I've today received a confirmation from my bank to that effect, but despite contacting Celtic Web Merchant yesterday, I still haven't received any explanation yet as to why it was declined - there were enough funds in my account. In general, where possible, I prefer to pay for goods online by Paypal, but Celtic Web Merchant didn't offer this option - which is distinctly annoying.
