    First of all, a clear website with a fairly wide selection of costumes and weapons. That's nice, of course, but I am even more satisfied with the way I was assisted. I had ordered shoes in my own size (45), but when I received them, they turned out to be small. I contacted customer service about this, and they would send size 46; I just needed to return the shoes. Of course, that incurs some costs, but only €6.50, and that is obviously the risk of online shopping. When the order was slightly delayed, I received a polite message about it, and it was clearly communicated to me what the delivery date would be.
