GLS carrier not very reliable, the company claimed that my address was incomplete to avoid delivering on the scheduled date, even though my address was correct on their site. After 3 days of delay, if I hadn't intercepted the delivery driver in town (who was very accommodating, by the way), I would have had to call again and wait 2 days or more. Perhaps it was due to the influx from the holidays. Anyway, good f

Fast delivery and excellent service as usual
Very good management of the order and top-notch products; however, the DPD delivery service is very poor. The delivery was postponed three times without explanation, and the DPD customer service is non-existent... This has nothing to do with the shop, as everything on that side is excellent.

My order was expedited very quickly and the products were exactly as depicted online. Every thing was well wrapped and protected. But the best thing was the price!
