Nice quality items but let down by the postal company they changed me VAT after I had already paid it, the email from them stated you could pay the driver but it turns out you have to pay on line, they failed to deliver on three occasions and now have sent a postal invoice, I have messaged them stating that I've already paid it but have had no response back..

Stunning craftsmanship!! smooth delivery on part of the seller. Had an issue at customs trying to clear item. But I got in touch with celtic webmerchant and they communicated with UPS on my behalf, by sending all relevant information they wanted. They then organised a refund of the VAT I was double charged by customs. Thankyou so much for all your help clearing the item through customs. I absolutley look forward to ordering from you again.

très déçue de la qualité d'un des 2 articles, 2 gros défauts (1 lacet manquant et des coutures très décalées). Le 2ème article était très difficile à mettre et enlever
