Ordered a car manual which it said was in stock and paid. A few days later was told it wasnt actually in stock and they had a different wrong version. I asked for a refund. They ignored that and then said they could get the correct version. Since then have been chasing them and have had no response to any communication to them. I wouldnt use them again and am still awating my refund.
