De Maeng da Green is just a bit too strong for me. Dosing is very precise with the Green. The Maeng da White also works well and is much more subtle. With this variety, it doesn't matter as much how many grams you take. The effects of kratom are difficult to define (little to no side effects), but it helps me relieve chronic issues. I have been very satisfied with Kratom Powder for quite some time.

It hits well, but not as much as Maeng Da Green, which I rate 5 out of 5. On a positive note, it's less aggressive on my headspace and easier on the stomach.
