Customers who need a single or a small amount of RAL samples, order individual samples from us. They choose the colors which they need samples of. We offer these samples for customers who don't need a complete fan deck. For example architects frequently order one or a couple of samples, to show to their client. We have looked at your order. A sample of RAL 5000 was ordered. On https://www.ralcolorchart.com/buy-ral-color-fan/ral-k6-blue this color was chosen. You see that we show a picture of the chosen sample before adding the sample to the shopping cart. Furthermore, above the image the following is displayed: "This product represents one color from the respective color system". The page also includes the following text: "If you want to compare many RAL colors, we recommend using a color chart, for example the RAL K7 or the RAL K5 semi-matt / RAL K5 gloss. The RAL K5 contains larger color samples than the RAL K7". If you would like to return the sample, you can find the return instructions on https://www.ralcolorchart.com/returns. As explained above we recommend the RAL K7 (small) or RAL K5 if you need to find a color match. The total costs of your order are € 10.30, which is £ 7.61. The card size is A6, not A5 size.

RAL K6 samples met expectations (and colors are consistent with other RAL color charts in our possession). Order and billing follow-up via regular email. Delivery on time. 🤘 On the downside: a bit pricey for a simple A6 format. Order placed through couleursral.fr (not on RALkleuren.com).

Ordered on Friday, received it only on Tuesday. It's a pity that you can only choose PostNL.

We received the order on Friday, March 27, around 3:00 PM. We processed the order that same afternoon around 4:00 PM. Half an hour later, the package was handed over to PostNL. The shipment was only sorted by PostNL on Tuesday, March 31, around 3:00 AM and delivered around 7:00 PM. Actually, the package should have been delivered on Monday, March 30. On behalf of PostNL, we apologize for the delay.
