Beautiful bras!

Delivery is always fast and the products are good. Unfortunately, the selection has decreased in recent years. Specifically, I am referring to the selection of bras from Marlies Dekker.

Unfortunately, I had an incredibly bad experience with this company. With my order, I received a product that turned out to be torn when I tried it on. I did not cause this tear. Of course, I reported this immediately to DDO. I received an email stating that I would receive a new one. Since the product apparently tears so quickly, I indicated that I no longer had confidence in the product and would like my money back. Because it was part of a "buy 3, pay for 2" promotion, I was not refunded. When I stated that I would still like to receive a new item, I was casually told that I...

Incredibly friendly and fast customer service. Unfortunately, the bra had a tear in the fabric after just one wear. After sending an email with a few photos to customer service, I received a new item within a week. Both packages arrived quickly and were very carefully packaged. I will definitely shop here more often!
