I have ordered several times. I have always been satisfied. Unfortunately, something went wrong with the delivery. I emailed right away. 24 hours later, there is still no update on what went wrong and no solution either. I also don't feel that any real action is being taken. The suggestion to deliver again is not possible. This is an order with a considerable amount that was paid via iDeal. Currently, I am very disappointed.
