I have been ordering sample bras from Sapph for a while now; they fit perfectly and are delivered quickly.

Easy, cheap, fast!

I accidentally ordered 2 of the same bra, and they were so kind to cancel one order immediately, as I realized it quickly. I think this is excellent service, especially on a Sunday!!!

I placed an order for the first time last Sunday, and now today, Tuesday, it's already at home... wow, that's what I call fast service :D

If you want to return something because it doesn't fit well, you have to pay for shipping costs. Poor service.

After ordering a few items, there was silence. After a few days, I received an email stating that one or more items could not be delivered. I find this strange because they were available at the time of ordering. My payment was placed in a "credit" for a potential future order. A question I asked about increasing the shipping costs was answered. However, I have yet to receive a response to my request for a refund! What is nice is that the money was eventually refunded. However, communication about this would have made a difference; in my opinion, it was a missed opportunity.
