I ordered a number of bikinis and bras, keeping some and returning others. I forgot to report one bra for return, but I did send it back. Surprisingly, it seems to have gone missing, or the postman must have taken it out of the box. I asked for the money to be refunded, but this was not possible; only a credit to my account was offered. It's a shame it has to be this way...
