My order was delayed because (I only found out later via DPD) my package was damaged and had to be repackaged. The backpack seems to be in perfect condition, so that's good. The backpack itself is a bit smaller than I had hoped (envelope size). I have managed to fit my laptop, charging cable, headphones, and work phone in it. I fear that I won't be able to fit a meal in there anymore. I used the small pockets for my badge and some medication and band-aids (a woman always carries a small pharmacy). I find the opening for the bottle to be quite tight. Ideal for a small bottle, I think, but my bottle seems to be a bit too big, as it stretches a lot. When you put a bottle in, I also feel like there will be less space in the main compartment because the bottle pushes against it. I had to adjust the strap to make it longer, otherwise, I couldn't close the backpack. Unfortunately, there is a line left on the strap because it is very tight. Maybe it's because it's made of matte material? It's a pity they don't sell those straps separately anymore. It may seem like I'm not satisfied, but that's not true. I think it's a beautiful backpack, but it is a bit smaller than I had hoped. In the new year, it will be used as my work backpack. So hopefully, that goes smoothly :-)
