    Super resolved, I had problems with the shipping from Post NL. They claimed to have been at my door three times, while I was home. I could pick it up at the Jumbo, where they left the package. I go there weekly, but I can't just sit at home for three days to then go pick it up at a Jumbo. I reported it to PowerCube, and I received a fantastic solution, very kindly offered. I didn't have to worry; they sent me a new shipment again. And honestly, I had never experienced such helpfulness and kindness, especially at my age of over 70. Two days later, the Post NL guy came, the same one who always delivers to me. After explaining the whole situation to him, he said, "Sorry, Ma'am. I was on vacation." All in all, it was a great service. Once again, thank you very much.
