The delivery had some issues because my parcel was sent without my surname, so DHL could not deliver it. Unfortunately, DHL also did not give me the opportunity to collect the package or change the delivery details. However, the store responded very quickly and handled the situation very professionally. Their customer service was helpful and supportive, and they arranged a solution for me.
