After a long search for good skincare, I gave this a try. There were already some issues during the ordering process. I entered the discount code and saw that the discount was indeed applied to the order. However, when I got to the payment, the discount had disappeared. The package was shipped very quickly, which is great. Unfortunately, the delivery did not go well either. I specifically chose delivery to a DHL point, but it was sent to my home address instead. I wasn't home, so it was delivered to my neighbors... The package was nicely wrapped, and there were some nice samples included! However, the promised bag was not included. I immediately emailed about the fact that the discount was not applied, but I never received a response to that. I did get a reply regarding the delivery issue, for which I received a 10% discount code. The products themselves are nice to use, but unfortunately, they dry my face out even more.
