Super prices and excellent products.

A nice service, quite quick from payment to shipment to receiving my order. However, I should have received a goodie bag with my order, which I didn't get. I contacted their support service, and they immediately sent me one, apologizing for their mistake. When it finally arrived, the full-size product I was really excited about, which I saw in their IG stories should have been included in the goodie bag, was not present. This felt a bit disappointing, especially after the mishaps. I still received a good amount of products, but unfortunately, not the full-size wash-off mask I hoped would arrive as seen in their unboxing story on IG (and that I was hoping to gift to a friend since I had already purchased one for myself in my order). I got the mini size, which was also featured in that IG story. I guess the items can change depending on how many are left, but I was a bit disappointed by it (the mask was replaced with a Benton lotion, 120 ml). All of this happened during the Black Friday period, so I can understand they had a lot to manage and some hiccups may happen. The products are nice, and the support was immediate, but the first order didn't even include freebies, so everything felt a bit rushed, which was probably due to the number of orders they had to manage.

It's really a shame to place an order over 150 euros and then not receive a goodie bag anymore. Or not even anything as a consolation because they were out of stock. It's still 150 euros, especially in these times... I've been a loyal customer since 2019... A notification on Instagram and/or Facebook or an email about it would have been considerate. As a regular customer, I always order above that amount. It's really disappointing to receive nothing.
