Worse webshope ever! Always problems with products after order have been made.After only few days they sent me an email about 1 product not been in the stock.And after all still didnt received my money back,look like they will wait till last day! It's been already 9 days.

the packaging was perfect, but it arrived so late.

One of my favorite online stores, super fast delivery, reliable products and good customer service. Once I ordered some sunscreens two days before I left for my holidays, thinking they would arrive the next day so I could have them for my trip. Unfortunately the delivery man missed me and sent them back to their warehouse. When I saw that, I emailed them immediately asking if there was any way I could still get them on time and they managed to send the order the same day and I got it the morning that I had to leave for the trip, literally just in time! I was super happy :) only thing is their prices could be a bit better, so I usually wait for their often discounts to order a big pack :)
