They make you pay for returns which ends being the same cost as an item. It killed the whole experience for me. Provide labels and create customer loyalty. I will look elsewhere. I reached out they responded it's stated on the website. That's not resolving a need to change and adjust. This is why other platforms excel. They make the experience for the customer easy from beginning to end.
