As always: Extremely good! Large assortment, reasonable prices, and fast delivery. I placed an order in the evening with evening delivery the next day. Unfortunately, PostNL did not offer evening delivery to my address. I received a phone call from Vuur & Rook with this message, and they checked on the spot whether "Red mijn pakketje" could deliver to my address. It turned out they could, and the delivery was switched at no extra cost. So I still received my order in the evening.

Great site to order from, but the gift card could be improved, for example, in the form of a nice card.

Great delivery. However, I find the ordered fatsticks disappointing. They produce black smoke and are harder to light than, for example, firestarter wicks.

Fast delivery. Ordered on Sunday, received on Tuesday evening. However, the app doesn't work quite well. I received an email with the invoice, while the app says that I still need to pay.
