The service was quick and neat. The package was a big surprise. I am very happy with the smoking chips and the BBQ leaf. However, I did have to explain the two playboys to my partner. I didn't expect those at all. I didn't really need them either. I will make someone else happy with them.

When ordering via my phone, the shipping costs were twice as high as when ordering via the computer.
Products arrived very well packed (thank you Dennis) but post to Jersey from Netherlands took 2 weeks!! It was sat in the sorting hub for 8 days. Apart from that excellent customer service and products, even got some smoking chips thrown in as a gift - nice touch. Will be using Vuur & Rook again.
