We purchased a Basterd compact from Vuur & Rook. The reception was great! After that, things got a bit less smooth. The order was prepared in a messy way, and there was supposed to be someone to help with loading, but no one showed up. We then asked a young lady what to do next and ended up loading it into the car ourselves. Upon unpacking, we found a damage on the inside of the Basterd. We took a photo and emailed it to Vuur & Rook, asking what could be done about it. They have now indicated that they have forwarded this to the company Basterd, and they will handle it with us. Now, two days later, we still haven't heard anything. We find this very disappointing.
