The Diablo sandwich maker that I ordered had a manufacturing defect, which made it difficult to use. I reported this to Vuur & Rook. Although it wasn't their fault, they still contacted the manufacturer, who supplied the very last units of the Diablo to Vuur & Rook. After that, I received a perfectly functioning sandwich maker along with some nice little gifts. What superb service from this company, in one word AMAZING!!!
Gift given, was neatly packaged with some information brochures, etc. Also delivered very quickly!
