The delivery didn't go quite right, but after sending an email to Vuur & Rook, I received a response the same day that they would deliver the correct product the next day and that I could keep the wrong product. Things can always go wrong, but the service is in the solution. Well done.
After placing the order, it took 6 days for delivery. So I had to get other coal.
We appreciated that there was phone contact regarding the planning of when the delivery could take place. Good communication. The willingness to answer questions over the phone was experienced as pleasant!
