Due to high demand, the order was only shipped 2-3 days later, and I found the notification about the delay to be a day late. I contacted customer service about this and requested to change the shipping address. That was no problem and was adjusted, but then it still arrived at the 'old' address. Normally, I would have canceled my order and ordered elsewhere. However, the offer was so attractive that I decided to let it go through.

I was informed during the ordering process that the delivery time would be slightly extended. Unfortunately, the carrier DPD was so clever as to deliver the package elsewhere. However, the customer service of Vuur & Rook responded within an hour. In any case, do not choose DPD but rather Post.nl. Fortunately, the package has been found. It was delivered to a different house number.

Once again, fast delivery. I was nicely informed that due to high demand in their warehouse (a good sign, of course.. 😉) my package might arrive a bit later. It was neatly and securely packaged... In short, I am very satisfied again.
