Very satisfied with my order. I had placed a pre-order for a book and was called to confirm that the entire order would be shipped once the book was released. I was not aware of this and had overlooked it. However, Vuur & Rook handled it nicely and did not charge any extra fees. Great service!!! Recently recommended it to a friend who has placed a large order!
