    I urgently needed a package and ordered it neatly before 4:00 PM to have it delivered the next day, but unfortunately, it was delivered a day later than planned. Unfortunately, Vuur & Rook still hasn't sorted things out with their carriers. Time and again, there are issues with delivery. And when you call V & R, the problem is also shifted back onto you as the customer. It's a shame because it really is a great shop.
