Question about the size of the Joetisserie was answered quickly. Ordered and received the next day. Super service!

Super fast delivery, everything was perfectly fine and as always, a nice extra included.

Ordered on Friday, according to the user account it was already shipped the same day, but I didn't receive a tracking number. Today, Wednesday, I inquired and was informed that it is expected to be shipped only next week. Fast is different; I also don't understand why it says shipped in the user account. Additionally, the homepage states "we speak German," but communication is only possible in English.

Very satisfied. The product was neatly and securely packaged and was delivered on time. Additionally, there was good communication via email, which kept me informed about what to expect. Nothing but praise.
