I didn't order online, but just visited the atmospheric store (much more fun than online, it's really worth the drive). A big advantage is that you buy a BBQ from a butcher and not from a trader ;-) These people really know what they're talking about and give you honest advice, without trying to push anything on you.

I ordered a gift card for €50.00 and saw some nice examples on your site. When I received it via email, it was just a link for the discount. Well, that's very boring; it could have been in the form of a nice card, but just a link?? No, I wouldn't do that a second time as a gift. I had to come up with something myself to make it more presentable, but that shouldn't be necessary. I've bought gift cards from other places before, and they looked much nicer and more cheerful. This definitely needs to change. Even with "Koop een Koe," you get a super nice card. Best regards, Will van Doren
