It was a small order and there was still a shortfall. Additionally, the prices are far too high; unfortunately, they have a monopoly position. The prices compared to those in America are more than 200% more expensive. Making a profit is fine, but this is just exploitation.
I received the order neatly within 3 days. It was well packaged, and they even included 2 nice little gifts.
