I ordered for the first time and am very satisfied with the delivery. However, Post NL was once again slow with the delivery. This time, there was free shipping for orders over 25 euros, but normally I understand it's 150 euros, which is quite high.
Quickly ordered and quickly delivered.
Very large assortment with reasonable prices. One of the items I ordered turned out to be out of stock. Vuur & Rook themselves contacted me to ask how they could best resolve this for me. All in all, very good customer service and very friendly staff!
