I placed an order for meat, and the packaging is subpar compared to the competition. Insulation comes solely from one cooling unit and some bubble wrap. BBQ is mostly a summer activity; this packaging cannot just sit outside for a while but requires personal acceptance. The delivery was 1.5 hours earlier than the paid option. I happened to be home. I am very satisfied with Vuur & Rook, a great group of enthusiastic people and good BBQ supplies, but I will not order meat from them again!
