I ordered online and they immediately got in touch to make an appointment for a very quick delivery. When I receive my kamado, there will also be a nice surprise included! Great service, definitely a recommendation.
Probably the company itself is good and products also ok. I just want to warn other Nordic customers about the delivery companies they use. The post&package costs are very high even for smaller packages and the delivery (by DNP and the notorious Post Nord) took 15 days to Helsinki. I hope Vuur&Rook would find more reliable ways of delivery.
