Correct delivery times are mentioned, the order is supposedly shipped, but after four days it still hasn't been received by PostNL, only registered.

I don't need something tomorrow. Even if it takes a week for it to arrive (1.5 meters!). But please be honest. We can make cars drive automatically, there are apps for everything. But once it's packed, you get an email saying it has been shipped. And coincidentally, PostNL doesn't pick up on Saturdays (how simple would it be to solve this by sending the shipping email later?!). Then it wasn't picked up on Monday either due to Pentecost (Pentecost can't do anything about it, but the other parties can :) ). Anyway, it wasn't picked up on Tuesday either, how is that possible? No football match, no toto... go go go?! Then on Wednesday evening, I get an email that it's on its way. I have to run around because I had an appointment. And of course, I blame everyone and everything, except for Vuur & Rook. I would say where there's smoke, there's fire. But I don't want to make the problem too heated. Just be honest, don't come up with excuses. Because of all the smoke, I no longer know when I can expect it and have to stay home for that (Yes, okay, I should have been doing that already with the pandemic). 1 order, 6 emails. Which idiot came up with that in the world of webshops?! Can someone create a slow cooking vision and get the webshop to the right level of doneness? Not medium rare, but well done!
