I had great service from Jeffrey. The transport company leaves room for improvement. It was supposed to be delivered on Wednesday, but it came on Thursday. It was VERY hard to get in touch with someone who could provide information about the delivery time. I was finally told it would arrive between 11:30 and 14:00, and that the driver would call two hours ahead since I live 1.5 hours from the delivery address. Nobody called, so I went to the address at 13:00, which turned out to be a good decision. The driver arrived at 14:00, but he didn't have any phone number to call. All he had was my first name and the address. I would have missed him if I had waited for his call. Not good enough.

From ordering to delivery, everything was great. However, I had ordered from the second chance category, and a crucial part turned out to be missing. The customer service resolved this excellently without any extra effort or cost to me. Completely satisfied, so much more!

As I have come to expect from Vuur & Rook, everything is just good. If there is an issue, they will contact you, and otherwise, your package always arrives on time.
