Feels like Sinterklaas, even the boxes are nice and always have goodies.

Great service and a nice surprise in the package. That's helpful for a beginner user of an egg.

Last week, I purchased a beautifully stunning kamado from The Bastard at Vuur & Rook, which is being delivered today. It turns out that this week the kamado has become 100 euros cheaper. I called customer service about this, and they immediately offered to send a gift voucher of 100 euros. What fantastic after-sales service!
