The order arrived well packaged. Unfortunately, one of the items I ordered, a Big Green Egg wall clock, was not included. Instead, there was a timer from Big Green Egg that I did not order. It seems there was likely a mix-up during shipping. I reported this to the "customer service," and the clock was sent to me free of charge. Everything went smoothly. 🤗

Unfortunately, the delivery was not quick. Ordered on November 29, arrival as agreed was supposed to be December 15. It arrived on December 20. Otherwise, it was well packaged and everything was included. Thank you. Best regards, Wolfgang Meinke.
