I am quite satisfied with my experience with bbizzshop. Everything went very smoothly, with the exception of the part dealt with by UPS. The small package was supposed to be delivered to my home address. In fact it was delivered to UPS Access Point quite far away from my address although I was present at home. I tried to contact UPS via telephone but only spoke to recorded message.
