    Delivery could have been quicker. Incorrect item sent the first time. In fairness, no argument over return and cost of return shipping was refunded, but 2nd item sent was also incorrect. I definitely ordered a 16m version and was sent an 18m version. Customer service are relatively quick with replies but claim I ordered the wrong item. Perhaps there is a system issue, but I definitely ordered a 16m version.
